To achieve our vision, we are seeking an innovative and creative Middle School Leader/Principal to join our middle school community. In this role, you will serve as the instructional and operational leader for Dominion Purpose Academy.  You will provide a clear vision for learning for all students, using the Design Thinking methodology to engage students in project-based learning experiences that cultivate their problem-solving skills, creativity, and collaboration abilities. You will promote high-quality instructional practices using the Georgia State Standards of Excellence as a baseline.  You will ensure a safe, secure and orderly learning environment, and cultivate strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including families and community members. You will build a strong culture among teachers, staff members, and students at Dominion Purpose Academy, promoting innovation, servant leadership, and high achievement. You will collect, analyze, and leverage data to make informed decisions for the health and wellness of the school community, inclusive of instruction and culture.

The Middle School Director of Operations ensures all logistical, financial, and operational processes are optimized for scalability and sustainability, while maintaining the Dominion Purpose Academy’s high standards of safety, compliance, and resource management. You are key in fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented culture, working closely with the Executive Director and Principal to drive continuous improvement across all non-academic departments. Serving in this role requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, along with a deep commitment to the Dominion Purpose Academy's mission.
